22nd October 08 – Design competition launched across county primary schools

Sitting in the office scratching our heads deciding what we can do to inject a bit of fun into this current depressive climate we stared out the window at our new nice white van! – Looking a bit plain and needing some colour treatment it dawned on us - Why don’t we get local children to design it for us!

 

Excited about the opportunity we immediately launched our competition. We are looking for all young designers out there to put their artistic and design skills to the test.

 

We have chosen the following two themes:

 

Working in the garden

Cleaning around the home

 

We have created a special design sheet which is available for downloading when you register and login to our website.

 

The winning designer will receive a ‘Nintendo Wii’ games console and have their design transferred onto our lovely white Ford Transit Connect van! – We can’t wait!!

 

Closing date for entries is the 31^st January 2009 and the competition is open to all children up to the age of 11.
