Dear Bridget

I must write to tell you how great it is to have Emma cleaning my house every fortnight. She has a lovely, sunny manner, always happy and smiling; it’s a delight to have her here. Her work is exceptional; not only is the house spotless, but she’s ingenious, imaginative and thoughtful making the effort to tidy and rearrange in a helpful and considerate fashion. And the dog loves her!
